On the date of Booking a sum of rupees is to be deposited in advance equal to 25% of total amount.
Balance amount paid is to be paid before 15 days of the function.
In case the number of plate increases than preset number, extra amount has to be paid per extra plate on the day of function.
At the end, number of plate count will be done in presence of both the parties, Final of plate should be informed 15 days in advance in case of excess guest up to 10% caterer is ready to serve according to prevailing rate in case of more guest , due to insufficient of food , caterer will not be responsible.
Agreement will be initiated after making the advance payment.
Violation of agreement by the management may be in case of electricity failure (not provided), bandh and natural calamity.
Payment should be made through account payee cheque / online transfer in favor of P.B. Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd.
Once order is placed no cancelation is accepted in any circumstances only in case of unavoidable reason paid amount may be adjusted for the next performance.
The rate of contact per plate will remain valid for Twelve month duration and if function is happened after the specific date 12 months rate may be enhanced as per then market price.
Taxes are applicable.
Garbage cleaning at the venue is not part of the Babul Caterer (A Unit of P.B. Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd.)
Quality of food will be given granted by the caterer till end of the function day and after left over food there will be no surety. Catering party only responsible for their own belongings if any crockeries and cutleries are broken or damaged intentionally then party must repay and also if any costly item of the party is stolen or lost caterer will not be held responsible.
